Eliza Dropkin
Eliza Dropkin (she/her)
Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist #128891
Eliza Dropkin received her MA in Counseling Psychology from The Wright Institute in October of 2021. She spent two years doing therapy with primarily single mothers (both experiencing homelessness and recently housed) and adolescents at Compass Family Services and YMCA Urban Services. She has co-led anxiety focused therapy groups for both adults and teens.
Eliza works with clients who are struggling with anxiety, compulsive behaviors, life transitions, managing stress, and substance use. She focuses on meeting clients where they are, and utilizes a variety of tools including talk therapy, expressive arts, harm reduction skills, mindfulness, self-compassion, and inner-child reparenting.
Eliza’s style of practice is strengths-based, collaborative, creative, relational and process-oriented. She brings a warm intuitive energy to the therapeutic relationship that helps people feel safe being vulnerable. She grounds herself in kindness, acceptance and compassion while inviting clients into the difficult territory of self-exploration and accountability.
Eliza is dedicated to the ongoing cultivation and practice of cultural humility, antiracism, body positivity, feminism, and lgbtq+ allyship. Her theoretical orientation is integrative and trauma-informed drawing from psychodynamic, relational, family systems, and contemplative psychology supported by mindfulness, expressive arts, internal family systems, and the Grief Recovery Method.
Eliza offers sessions via telehealth and is currently accepting referrals for new clients, including individual adults, couples, families, and female identified and/or non-binary teens (age 13+).

Nathalie Tinoco
Nathalie Tinoco (she/her/ella)
Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist #150280
Nathalie graduated with her MA in Counseling Psychology from The Wright Institute and is a bilingual clinician.
As a child of Mexican immigrant parents and a gender-fluid individual, Nathalie brings a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by the Latine community and children of immigrants. Her mission is to provide a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their intersecting identities, navigate life’s complexities, and embrace their authentic selves.
Drawing from psychodynamic theory, attachment theory, narrative therapy, and mindfulness, she works with teens and adults to address a range of emotional and relational concerns. Her approach is grounded in compassion and curiosity, tailored to each client’s unique story and goals.
Nathalie believes the journey toward healing and self-discovery can be challenging but also deeply transformative. She is honored to walk alongside clients on this path.

Alanna McLeod
Alanna McLeod (she/her)
Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist #151318
Alanna received her MA in Counseling Psychology from The Wright Institute, and as a native San Franciscan, she keeps her heart in this community.
Alanna brings her particular interest in supporting people in their relationships (with oneself and others) and in working with grief. Her specialized training includes Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy, helping partners to understand and communicate about their conflict from an attachment perspective. Prior to You Rule Therapy, Alanna served as a bereavement counselor with Mission Hospice.
Alanna partners with clients who are navigating life transitions—stressful times of loss or change, such as leaving home, a job, or a relationship; starting or blending a family; aging, becoming empty nesters, or retiring, etc.
Her approach is integrative, joining attitudes from existential-humanistic traditions with interventions from trauma-informed, attachment-based psychodynamic theories. She employs the spirit of Motivational Interviewing and Harm Reduction strategies to individualize recovery from substance use.
Alanna’s encouraging relational style emphasizes transparent collaboration. Sessions are enlivened with humor, as she aims to make engaging in therapy approachable—even enjoyable!
Alanna welcomes clients from teens (13+) to older adults, as individuals and couples/dyads (or other relationship configurations). She is currently accepting referrals and is available for both in-person and online sessions.
